Dear Members,
Here are the instructions to upload pictures to your gallery!
1. Logon to the website
2. Click on the OCC Gallery link
3. Click on User Panel
4. Click on Categories
5. Click on the Edit Icon under Action that is listed next to their username
6. Here they can change the Title, add a description, change their access level (I wouldn’t recommend it), most important! Changing Published from NO to YES, and they can also select a thumbnail.
7. CLICK ON SAVE
If they would like to create sub-categories, here are the steps;
1. Logon to the website
2. Click on the OCC Gallery link
3. Click on User Panel
4. Click on Categories
5. Click on New Category
6. Create a title for the Category
7. Select the Parent Category
8. Give the Category a description
9. Change Published to YES
10. CLICK ON SAVE
Once the Category is Published, they are able to upload their pictures
1. Logon to the website
2. Click on the OCC Gallery link
3. Click on User Panel
4. Click on New Picture
5. Here they can Title their image
6. Select the Category
7. Give the image a description
8. Select the image file from your computer by clicking on Browse (Maximum image size is 2mb)
9. Click on Upload |
